A person was found along Highway 77 early Tuesday morning and was air lifted to a hospital with frostbite.
Logan County officials responded to the area of Highway 77 and Skeleton Creek for a 55-year-old male, who was found laying on the ground. It is believed he was there throughout the night in the below freezing temperatures.
The man was conscious, but not alert. His name has not been released and is unclear why he was there.
Eagle Med, air ambulance, landed at 8:04 a.m. and took the male to an area hospital.
The man’s core body temperature was 94 degrees when paramedics reached the scene. The average core body temperature is 99.5 degrees.
