OKCPD still searching for information in 2017 murder of a Guthrie man

The Oklahoma City Police Department continues to seek for information in the 2017 death of a 22-year-old Guthrie man.

The police department published a video of the cold case involving Zane Peery, who was found lying near Air Depot Blvd. and N.E. 50th in Oklahoma City.

Patrol officers got a call on June 7 and found the body. Investigators said he was killed somewhere else and dropped off. Related article: Guthrie man found dead in Oklahoma City; police seeking information

There are currently no suspects in the case but investigators have some individuals of interest.

“We are asking for Zane’s friends, or anybody that knew Zane, that knows what happened, that the come forward and tell us what happened so we can bring some closure to the family,” OKCPD Inspector Robert Benavides said.
