Workers are dealing with a messy situation on Sooner Road this Friday afternoon.
As of 2 p.m. the southbound lane of Sooner Road near Seward Road is blocked after a cement truck spilled cement onto the roadway. Crews have started the clean up process.
Portions of the road measure up to six inches of spilled cement.
