With a recent donation, the Guthrie High School football program will be getting around quicker and looking good.

The Guthrie Youth Football Association recently purchased a 2010 Yamaha gas-powered golf cart for the high school football program that will allow the coaching and training staffs move around at the high school football practice field.

The youth program will also be allowed to use the cart for their needs as well.

The cart’s graphics were donated by Jarrett George of Red Dirt Graphics.

“This donation is helpful to little league football, very thankful,” youth league President Seth Robbins said.

Last year the youth football program donated $6,000 toward a sprinkler system at the high school practice field where the youth also play their home games.
