Guthrie’s Carley Redus and Alize Gibson qualified for the 5A state tennis tournament in Oklahoma City.
The duo, playing in the No. 1 doubles competition, dropped their first match against Carl Albert, 6-2, 6-1.
The Lady Jays will next go up against Ardmore in the second round.
