Storm season is here. For your safety, notify the Guthrie Fire Department at 209 E. Springer and let them know if you have a tornado or safe room on your property and where it is located, especially if it is inside or beneath your home.

Emergency personnel can locate you and send help quickly if you become trapped during a disaster.

Here is the form from the City of Guthrie’s website that you will need to fill out and return.

If you live outside of the city limits contact the fire department in your area to register your shelter.
