Rhinehart takes fourth in Lady Jays Invitational

The Guthrie High School Lady Jays golf team welcomed 19 teams and over over 100 players for the highly competitive Lady Jays Invitational on Thursday.The overall winner went to Edmond Memorial’s Lilly Whitley with a low round of 75 followed by Deer Creek’s Faith Stewart (78) and Alyssa Wilson (81).

Leading the charge for the Lady Jays was top bag Sarah Rhinehart. The senior shot a round of 82 on the Aqua Canyon course.

Kelsey Rainey, Kylee Warton and Keegan Simpson also competed for Guthrie.

The top three teams came from Class 6A with Yukon taking the team title with a score of 361 and was followed by Deer Creek (364) and Edmond Memorial (364).
