Meridian Technology Center student Sarah McKee, of Guthrie, was awarded the Sister M. Beatrice Merrigan Scholarship from the Oklahoma Society of Radiologic Technologists (OSRT) during their annual seminar.
Sister Merrigan was the first individual to take and pass the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification exam.
The scholarship in her memory is the most prestigious scholarship that OSRT awards.
McKee is a second-year student in the Radiological Technology program. She will complete her training in July.
