After this week inside the Logan County Courthouse, three of the four people named in the 2010 murder case of Charles “Randy” Dutton have now been sentenced.

Christy Rogers and Donald Elliott each pleaded guilty this week to charges and join L.C. “Butch” Baker to be sentenced in the case.
Baker, 36 of Oklahoma City, was sentenced to life in prison without the chance of parole this past March on five counts, including first degree murder. He avoided the possibility of the death penalty.
In 2001, Baker was sentence in 2001 for first degree manslaughter for eight years, but served just four.
Elliott, 26 of Amber, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of second degree murder on Wednesday, July 18. He was sentenced to 40 years with the Department of Corrections in each count with the final 15 years to be suspended. The three sentences will run concurrently.

On Friday, Rogers, 30 of Amber, pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact of murder. She was sentenced to 40 years with 15 years suspended.
Midiyuana Marie Huber, who unlike the other three named in the case has pleaded not guilty, is set to be in front a judge on August 3 for a final pre-trial hearing before going to a jury trial on August 6 at 9 a.m.
Huber’s family, who was in the courtroom on Friday, says she is an innocent bystander and she didn’t take part in any of it. Huber, 22 of Oklahoma City, remains in the county jail without bond.
Dutton, who lived west of Guthrie, was found dead July 31, 2010 in far southeast Oklahoma City after his cousin notified authorities about him missing after he went inside his home and saw large blood pools.
Dutton, 54, had received a reported $55,000 settlement from an injury he suffered at work. Family members said the group, who claimed to be Dutton’s friends, knew about the settlement and wanted the money.

Donnie used to be my friend along time ago. My dad was friends with Randy. And Christy rogers used to bully me in school. She is a piece of shit sociopath and deserves a needle in her arm. I hope they all suffer horribly in prison..I believe there is inbred in her family as they are all very weird people. Donny is a looser as well. I hope you all suffer and get whats coming to you.
