Vehicle stolen from home and rolled on I-35

A Logan County couple was awakened with an early morning phone call from the sheriff’s office telling them their vehicle was found rolled over on Interstate 35. Turns out the vehicle was stolen from their residence.

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office says a white PT Cruiser was taken from a residence near Roller Coaster Rd and Midwest Blvd. in the early morning hours on Thursday. The owners were notified at about 4 a.m.

The vehicle was found rolled between the two Guthrie exits at mile marker 155.

Deputies were unable to locate anyone inside or near the vehicle. However, blood samples were taken from the driver’s seat and is being processed in hopes of locating a match.

Detectives tell Guthrie News Page area hospitals have been notified and be on the lookout of anyone checking into their facility with injuries relating to an accident.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with any information is to call their office at 405-282-4100.

  1. My car was also hit in the middle of the night. They took my wallet and left a lovely present beside my vehicle. They used the papers as toilet paper. I live at 2150 brookside st and my number is 4057746511 if anyone finds it I would appreciate it so much!
