The Guthrie YMCA will be showcasing all of their group exercise classes (20-30 minutes). Door prizes will be up for grabs.
Center Director Kristin Hersom says the event is open to everyone, including non-members, and free child care will be available.
The Open House will be Saturday, Jan. 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the downtown location at 114 E. Oklahoma Ave.
Exercise classes being offered will be Cycle Sculpt, Tabata Boot Camp, SilverSneakers, H.E.A.T., Yoga, BODYPUMP and Zumba.
