The Guthrie Lions Club recently announced their December Students of the Month.
Bella Benham, the daughter of Craig and Laura Benham, is involved in band, FCCLA, student council, Special Olympics, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Dance With Me Studio, and YMCA.
Bella was named Outstanding Sophomore Band Student and was selected for the Guthrie High School DAR Good Citizen Award.
She plans on attending OSU and majoring in Allied Health.
Tyler Lawson, the son of Aaron and Alana Jackson and Justin Lawson, is in JROTC, National Honor Society, Marching Band, and DeMolay.
Tyler was also named Rotary Student of the Week and volunteered with Wreaths Across America.
He plans to attend OSU with the Air Force ROTC and is undecided on his major at this time.
