Earlier this month nine Guthrie Job Corps Students assisted Sooner Success with their Respite Group & Sib Shop.
Patricia Mutters from the Guthrie Police Department visited with her therapy dog, Mercy, which made a lasting positive impression on the children.
Berecia Pitts from Mental Health Association Oklahoma volunteered along with Jennifer Hussman from Ladybug Lane, Kaeden Wilson from UCO, and Samantha Basave and Brandy Parks from Sooner Success hosted the event.
Keila Chavarria took pictures and Samuel Walgreen volunteered to be Santa for the 25 children in attendance.
Cyndi Head donated special gifts for this event. Mercy Hospital donated food from Ted’s Restaurant for lunch.
