Hello! Can’t believe school is almost out, the kids will be out having fun this summer.  We have some great things going on in Guthrie; Neighborhood Housing Services of OKC  has $250,000. For anyone in Logan and Cleveland Counties to use for down payment and closing cost assistance.  6% of home purchase price up to $6000.  If not used by August 2013 OHFA will take the money back.  Buyers DO NOT need to be first time home buyers but must take the homebuyer education class. There are income guidelines but they are very generous.  Please contact Sue DuCharme at Neighborhood Solutions for more information, 405 282-0880.
