Our Educational Series is next Tuesday, Aug. 14th from 1p.m. to 3p.m. at the OSU extension office. Cathy James will be teaching this program. The PRIDE program is targeted to front line employees that deal with the public. Topics discussed during the training include knowing your customer’s needs and expectations, offering a customer friendly environment and having customer friendly employees. The program also emphasizes having a good knowledge of the community including attractions and places to see if the training has any tourism focus. The session is not all lectures and really involves the participants. Please RSVP to me below.
