Hundreds of people representing Guthrie Upper Elementary School flooded the grounds of Mineral Wells Park on Tuesday evening to enjoy a meal and socialize.
The GUES Parent Teacher Organization hosted the event to help kickoff their week of EOI test prepping. Members of the Citizens of Quality Education helped the group by cooking, serving and clean up.
An estimated 1,500 hot dogs were grilled up.
