Update at 11:42 a.m. — Crews continue to clean up the road way from this morning’s deadly crash. The roadway is expected to be back open by noon. However, investigators will remain on the scene to finish their investigation.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a deadly accident on Highway 33.
The accident, which happened just before 8 a.m. on Friday, involves two vehicles about a quarter-mile north of Midwest Blvd.
Eastbound traffic on Highway 33 has been shut down and being diverted onto Highway 105. Highway 33 is expected to be shut down for another hour (10 a.m.).
