The filing period for candidacy for the Logan County Fair Board Trustee position shall commence on January 22, 2024, and end on January 26, 2024. Prospective candidates must file a Declaration of Candidacy form with the Logan County Clerk, 301 E Harrison, Guthrie (1st floor of Courthouse) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
The Election will be held on February 9, 2024, at the following locations:
District #1 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 2315 SW 19th, Guthrie, OK (District #1 Barn)
District #2 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1550 N. Midwest Blvd, Guthrie, OK (District #2 Barn)
District #3 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 312 E Harrison, Guthrie, OK (Courthouse Annex)
Only registered qualified voters of Logan County shall be eligible to file as a candidate for a three-year term. Candidates must reside in the Commissioner’s District they seek to represent.
The Logan County Fair Board comprises three members from each County Commissioner District, with one member from each District up for election each year. The Logan County Fair Board oversees the county fairgrounds, annual stock show, and county fair.
