GPS honors October certified, staff employees of the month

Guthrie Public Schools recognized their October Support and Certified Employees of the Month at Monday evening’s Board of Education meeting.

Allison Snow, a kindergarten teacher at Cotteral Elementary, nominated and presented Walter Chambers, who serves as the head custodian at Cotteral, as the Support Employee of the Month.

Junior High science teacher Kathy Ice nominated and presented Tina Ogle, a Junior High science teacher, for the Certified Employee of the Month.

The Guthrie Lions Club donated a $25 Sonic gift card to each recipient.
