The Guthrie Board of Education approved a recommendation from the district’s superintendent of a one-time stipend for all certified and support personnel.
Following an executive session on Monday evening, school board members unanimously (7-0) voted to give a $200 stipend for each certified staff member, including school principals, and $100 for all support staff.
The agreement excludes district level administrators.
The additional allowance will be paid in December 2016 for those currently employed by the district since the first day of school (Aug. 19).
