State Sen. AJ Griffin will hold a series of town hall meetings over the next several weeks in communities throughout Senate District 20.
Griffin, R-Guthrie, said this was an opportunity to share her legislative priorities with constituents, and listen to their views and concerns about the issues.
“I’m excited to get out in our local communities and have a conversation about the issues impacting our citizens and the direction we need to go to move Oklahoma forward,” Griffin said. “It’s really important to be able to share information about the legislation I’m pursuing and get feedback from people throughout the district. I want to be the strongest voice possible on behalf of the people I serve in Senate District 20, and having these face-to-face discussions is a tremendously important part of that.”
Griffin hopes as many citizens as possible will make plans to attend at least one of the upcoming town hall meetings. They include:
February 18, at 7:00 p.m. in Crescent at the City Hall, 205 N. Grant Street
February 25, at 2:30 p.m. in Perry at the Exchange Bank’s Horizon Room, 523 Delaware
March 1 at 6:00 p.m. in Cleveland at the City Hall, 201 N. Broadway
March 10 at 7 p.m. in Guthrie at City Hall
March 17 at 1:30 p.m. in Hennessey at the City Hall, 123 S. Main Street
March 24, at 2:00 p.m. in Pawnee at the City Hall, 510 Illinois Street
