Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Division and Prairie Grove just after 1 p.m.

According to two witnesses, a black Mercury Mountaineer was stopped at a stop sign on Prairie Grove and attempted to cross Division St. going west when it collided with a white, four-door F350, who was traveling north on Division.

The collision sent both vehicles off the roadway.

The F350 was pushed into a property owner’s fence and completely taking out a tree. Family members were thankful the fence was there to stop the impact from the truck and avoided the large truck from running into their vehicles or house.

The driver of the F350 was transported non-emergency to Integris Hospital with back pain.

The driver of the Mountainer was treated at the scene and refused transport by Guthrie EMS.
