The Guthrie High School marching band gladly accepted over 50 cases of water before a recent band rehearsal from the VFW Auxiliary.
The VFW Auxiliary donated a total of 51 cases to help the band with state-wide competitions.
The VFW was represented by VFW Post Commander Nicholas Erwin, President Heidi Sermons, Trustee Laura Erwin, Auxiliary Historian Meghan Norton and GHS band member,Auxiliary member Lola Norton and volunteer Carrol Monden.
Rob Blackburn, the GHS band director (pictured above in the orange), and several band members helped unload and stack the water.
