The Guthrie Bluejays boys tennis team is sending two doubles teams to the Class 5A State Tournament after strong performances at the regional tournament.
At the 5A Regional, Carson Olmsted and Jaxson Mayer earned a runner-up finish in the No. 1 doubles bracket, securing a spot at state with their second-place showing.
In No. 2 doubles, Isaiah Dearman and Broderric Hansen battled their way to a third-place finish, also punching their ticket to the state tournament.
Both teams will compete this Friday and Saturday at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center, representing Guthrie on the biggest stage of the season.
