The latest sales tax numbers are in for the City of Guthrie and the City continues to see increased numbers.
The City’s March 2018 sales tax revenue revealed a 4.66 percentage hike compared to the same month last year, or $24,147.79.
The monthly total came in at $542,206.16.
For the fiscal year, sales tax revenue is 11 percent higher accumulatively than for the same six month period of the last budget year or $333,066.64.
Of the total collected in the six months, the General Fund (three percent) has collected $2,689,110.95 and the Capital Improvement Fund (three-quarters percent) at $672,277.74.
