Morgan second in points race; Robbins looming in fourth

Guthrie freshmen-to-be Luke Morgan and Bo Robbins competed in the South Central PGA’s Junior Tour Stop at Lake Hefner Golf Course Thursday on July 14.

The tournament was held on the north course with 26 participants in the 14 and 15-year-old division.

The round took nearly six hours to complete due to rain delays and wild, shifting weather conditions.

After the dust settled, Morgan took home the medalist honors with an even-par 72, while Robbins fired a plus-5, 77 to tie for second.

With just over two weeks remaining on the SCPGA Circuit, Morgan currently sits second in the season points race with Robbins looming not far behind in fourth.
