Keffer was transported by Air Evac to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City and admitted in critical condition with head, trunk internal and leg injuries.

Witnesses tell Guthrie News Page Keffer’s motorcycle had a blow out and he was walking across  the highway when he was struck.
