Updated on Oct. 16, 2017 at 5 p.m. — William Joseph Graham was formally arraigned on Monday afternoon and is facing three felony charges. Graham was given a $25,000 bond and charged with burglary in the first degree, assault and battery upon a police officer and resisting a law enforcement officer.
As a condition of posting bond, Graham is not to have possession of any weapon.

One man is in custody after he led law enforcement officers on a foot pursuit and attempting to hide on a roof top.
Just after 2 p.m. on Friday, Guthrie police officers were dispatched to the 600 block of E. Harrison for a reported domestic. However, when they arrived a neighbor told officers the white suspect had a knife and was attempting to break into a duplex.
The male took off running east on foot.
A passerby was able to tell officers that the suspect had run toward a house in the 200 block E. Vilas, across the street from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.
Once at the house, officers, along with deputies with the Sheriff’s Office, spotted the suspect on the roof.
Sgt. Anthony GIbbs said the suspect failed to come down and forcing officers to go onto the roof.
“Deputies and GPD officers were able to subdue him in a safe manner with some pretty high level techniques,” Gibbs said.
Gibbs said the suspect was tazed without falling off the roof and was taken into custody.
The suspect, identified as William Joseph Graham, 36, is facing several felony charges.
